In an effort to raise funds for Westminster Nursery School, the fourth large-scale fundraising event is under way. Proceeds from the event will directly fund WNS school related activities not covered in the annual operating budget.
Last year we raised over $20,000.00! That money went toward new equipment for the classrooms, technology items, and scholarships. These things directly benefit our children by enhancing their experience at the school.

Sponsoring this event is a great way to promote your business and give to a good cause at the same time.
Support Westminster Nursery School by underwriting our event. As the underwriter, you will be prominently recognized on any and all correspondence regarding the event. Every letter sent regarding the event will have your business name and logo as the footer. Every poster distributed in the community in local businesses, physicians offices and community buildings will have your business name and logo on it. A large sign posted at the Westminster Presbyterian Church will list the event as being sponsored by your business. Each poster during the event day will have your name and logo on it. The T-shirts worn on the event day by volunteers will have your business name and logo only prominently displayed on the front with the event title. The event website will also list your business name and logo as the underwriter of our event.
Support Westminster Nursery School by sponsoring the Touch a Truck portion of the Family Fun Day. As a major part of our celebration we will have a section of community trucks with someone representing each of the businesses they are from. Children will be able to climb up into the trucks, sit in the driver seats, try out horns and sirens and climb back out. At both ends of the Touch a Truck section, there will be large posters declaring the section that will have your business name and logo on them. Your business name and logo will be on the event website and all posters distributed around the community. Your business will also be given four (4) free tickets to the event.
Support Westminster Nursery School by sponsoring the Horse and Carriage Ride portion of the Family Fun Day. As a major part of our celebration we will have a horse and carriage ride available for families, to coordinate with the Meet a Princess portion of the event. At the site of origin for the ride, a large poster will be placed that will list your business name and logo. Your business name and logo will be on the event website and all posters distributed around the community. Your business will also be given four (4) tickets to the event.
During the event, all Westminster Nursery School volunteers (around 50) will be wearing a neon T-shirt. As a T-shirt sponsor, you may choose your level of sponsorship. If you would like the $500 sponsorship, you will be the only business listed on the back of the shirt. Your business will also be given four (4) free tickets to the event. If you choose a $100 sponsorship, you will be listed on the back of the shirt along with up to four other businesses.
As a food booth sponsor, you business name and logo will be prominently displayed on the large poster declaring the food booth. Your business name and logo will also be listed on the website as an event sponsor. Your business will also be given two (2) free tickets to the event.
A section of the Westminster Family Fun Day will be dedicated to fun games for children and their families. There will be a part of the section that are small carnival type games and another section of a "get the teacher" type game (such as Dunk-the-Teacher or Pie in the Face) to give the children a fun opportunity to interact with the teachers they know. Each section of games will have a large sign declaring the games. You business name and logo will be on the sign. Your business name and logo will also be listed on the website as an event sponsor. Your business will also be given two (2) free tickets to the event.
A small child-sized barrel train will be at the Family Fun Day to give children short rides. At the origin site of the ride, a large poster will declare the section and will have your business name and logo listed as the sponsor. Your business name and logo will also be listed on the website as an event sponsor. Your business will also be given two (2) free tickets to the event.
